The City of Salem is continuing to work to reduce energy use and support renewable energy- won't you join us in our efforts?

We've already earned $80,000 so far- used for Big Belly solar trash compactors, a 2kW solar array for the High School and other projects are being considered!

If we can get 130 additional signups before June 30, 2008 we can win another 2KW solar array for a public building.  If we meet that goal, then if we can get 100 more signups we will win an additional $26,000 bonus since 3% of our City's population will be supporting the program.
